The enquiry form processes your name, contact details, location, project type and timing, message and any attachments. We use this information to respond, assess potential cooperation and take pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Required fields are necessary for us to assess and answer the enquiry; the form cannot be sent without them. Phone, budget and attachments are optional. We do not use this data for automated decision-making or profiling.
Authorised personnel and contracted hosting, database, private-storage, email and technical-support providers may access data only where necessary. We do not sell personal data. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area will take place only under GDPR-compliant safeguards; details of current processors are available from the controller on request.
If an enquiry does not lead to a contract, its record and private attachments are normally erased within 180 days unless earlier deletion is appropriate or longer retention is needed to protect legal rights. Records connected with a contract remain subject to statutory and contractual retention duties. Limited database backups normally rotate within 30 days and are used only for service recovery.
We keep limited technical records under our legitimate interest in operating the website securely. IP addresses in access logs are masked and logs are retained for no more than 14 days; pseudonymous anti-abuse counters expire after approximately two hours. These records are used only for security and operational troubleshooting.
